It turns out — there are now going to be TWO Blippis. Blippi, Stevin John, isn’t going anywhere. John will continue to bounce and beep his way through family-friendly attractions in videos to come, with Grimm — helming a set-based format that’s more in line with the Blippi stage show, which will resume touring this summer. Stevin John originated in Washington and made his way to Las Vegas where he purchased a warehouse complete with an office so as to handle the affairs of the show.

But as of late, this popular YouTuber has been making the rounds on the internet for something a little more controversial than what he’s used to. The popular YouTuber, Stevin John (born Stephen J. Grossman), has millions of subscribers and billions of views on his popular children’s videos.

Its YouTube channel started in 2014, and since then, Stevin has managed to pool in a large audience. Several people love the way his character interacts with children and helps them learn new things. However, a sudden change in character had disappointed quite a few.

Who plays Blippi in the new show?

Now, that same stage performer — actor Clayton Grimm — is back as Blippi in a new “Learn with Blippi” series which premiered on Saturday morning.

But a spokesperson for Moonbug, which produces the show along with other popular children’s programming, assures Yahoo Life that the original Blippi, Stevin John, isn’t going anywhere. John will continue to bounce and beep his way through family-friendly attractions in videos to come, with Grimm (or “Flippi,” as some commenters have suggested he be called) helming a set-based format that’s more in line with the Blippi stage show, which will resume touring this summer. According to Blippi.com, Blippi the Musical kicks off in Delaware on July 23, with a note that no doubt hopes to avoid the confusion and backlash from 2019.

Who is Blippi?

Blippi is a channel on YouTube that Stevin John started in 2014 to provide edutainment to kids from ages 2 through 7.

In 2021 fans noticed that Stevin wasn’t playing Blippi, instead another actor has taken over the role.

Blippi tries to explain everything he sees to kids the way they understand it by describing the object and its purpose.
