American singer-songwriter, drummer, and musician Travis Barker was born on November 14, 1975.
He founded the rock groups +44 and field vehicle Racer, is a member of the rap-rock group Transplants, and most recently joined Antemasque and Goldfinger. Barker frequently collaborated with the late DJ AM, and the two of them formed TRV$DJAM. Due to his notoriety, Rolling Stone listed him as one of the 100 best drummers of all time and “punk’s first celebrity drummer.”

Barker, who was born in Fontana, California, picked up the drums at a young age. He joined The Aquabats in 1996, but departed in 1998 to join Blink-182, who achieved mainstream fame with their song “Enema of the State” (1999). In addition to collaborating with Blink-182 and the Transplants, he has continued to collaborate with rappers, releasing extended plays with Yelawolf, Asher Roth, and Nottz.
