He was born to Italian immigrants parents in 1978 in  Vancouver, Canada. He celebrates his birthday every year on January 10 with his friends and family.

His father Manlio is from Palomonte and his mother Lucia from Barletta. He has two siblings named Sabato and Carmelina and he is the youngest of all.

Apparently, he spent his early years as a stage performer. He had a knack for acting and psychology and therefore enrolled at the University of British Columbia where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. He later moved to Los Angeles where he got offered many opportunities in film and TV, from Steven Spielberg to James Cameron.

Antonio’s appearance on the most-watched TV series in the history of Italian television called Elisa Di Rivombrosa garnered people’s attention. This led to many other opportunities starring alongside  Award-winning actors.

He later moved back to North America where he starred in the TV series’ Bomb Girls alongside actors Meg Tilly and ICE with Donald Sutherland.

His most recent movie was in 2020, A Glenbrooke Christmas where he appeared as Kyle Buchanan.
