Nigel Gregory Benn is a former British professional boxer who competed from 1987 to 1996.  Benn is known for his aggressive fighting style and punching power, and he was a two-weight world champion in the middleweight and super-middleweight divisions.

Benn had a professional record of 42 wins (35 by knockout), 5 losses, and 1 draw. He was known for his memorable fights against fellow British boxer Chris Eubank, with whom he had two fights that both ended in draws, as well as against Gerald McClellan, a fight that ended in a controversial victory for Benn.

After retiring from boxing in 1996, Benn became a DJ and appeared on several reality TV shows, including “I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!” and “Celebrity Big Brother.” In recent years, he has also been involved in promoting boxing events and coaching young boxers.
