The father of 11 children and two more on the way nonchalantly shared his condition with his millions of Instagram followers. “It’s only pneumonia; I can manage it just fine. I guess I’m not Superman after all.”

Nick then took a somber tone and alluded to his 10-year struggle with the autoimmune disorder lupus. “I vowed to myself that I would never return to this location. a great reminder to take care of yourself first, or else you won’t be able to take care of others.”

Nick performed to a packed house at Madison Square Garden on Thursday night while on his “Cannon Wild ‘N Out” tour. He thought, “I’m now by myself in a small hospital room. Undoubtedly, life is a roller coaster!”
