Technoblade, whose real name was Alex, was born on June 1, 1999, in California, USA. He had three younger sisters and one younger brother. Technoblade never officially revealed his face, but in 2017, he revealed his elbow when his channel reached 1 million subscribers.

Technoblade was an atheist and suffered from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He loved to play video games and has been making video game-centric videos from an early age. Technoblade had a friendly rivalry with fellow Minecraft player Dream. They both competed against each other on several occasions.

Death

Technoblade died of cancer on 30 June 2022, at the age of 23. He had disclosed that he had cancer in a video uploaded on 28 August 2021. He underwent chemotherapy and radiotherapy but it proved unsuccessful.

On 30 June 2022, his family confirmed his death via a video uploaded on his channel Technoblade. The video titled so long nerds contains a message written by the YouTuber, hour before his death.  The message read out by Technoblade's father said, “Hello everyone, Technoblade here. If you're watching this. I am dead.”
