Steven Spielberg is an American director, screenwriter, and producer with a $4 billion, net worth and a $150 million annual income.

Steven frequently chooses a relatively low upfront salary of $10 million in exchange for backend points on gross revenue for his own films.

One such deal, for 1993’s “Jurassic Park,” netted Steven $250 million. In today’s dollars, that equates to about $360 million.

He made at least $150 million from the sequel and $75 million from the third film, which he didn’t even direct.

Steven Spielberg and  his wife Kate own at least $200 million in real estate worldwide. Their long-term primary residence, which they still own today, is a stunning 5-acre multi-home compound in the Pacific Palisades with a view of the Pacific Ocean.

The Spielberg Palisades home’s current value is difficult to estimate due to its size and uniqueness. It is easily valued at more than $100 million. Maybe $150-250 million.

The Spielbergs own an equestrian facility not far from their Palisades home. In 2013, he purchased the Seven Seas, a 282-foot mega-yacht.

It cost him $182 million dollars. He later sold it and upgraded to a new 300-foot yacht that cost him a whopping $250 million.
