A horrifying road crash that gravely injured her son and nephew also claimed the life of a pregnant mother-of-two.

Frankie Jules-Hough, 38, was critically injured and flown to the hospital after a BMW struck the car she was traveling in with her son Tommy, 9, and nephew Tobias Spencer, 4.

Initial charges against 22-year-old Adil Iqbal included three counts of inflicting serious injury through reckless driving.

Iqbal was in court on Monday, and as the judge was notified by Ms. Jules-Hough’s attorneys that she had passed away from her injuries, one of the counts was upgraded to death by hazardous driving.

Ms. Hough was 18 weeks along when the incident occurred.
