Noah Emmerich is an American actor and director. He is best known for playing FBI Agent Stan Beeman on FX’s ‘The Americans’ for which he earned a Critics' Choice Television Award. He is also known for his starring roles in the movies ‘Beautiful Girls’, ‘Miracle’, ‘The Truman Show’, ‘Frequency’ and ‘Super 8’. Born as the youngest of three sons to a concert pianist and an art dealer, Emmerich grew up alongside his brothers Toby and Adam. Following his graduation from Dalton School, Noah studied history at Yale University before landing a starring role in the cult film ‘Beautiful Girls.’ As a director, Emmerich has directed the dramas ‘The Americans’ and ‘Billions.’ He also owns a production agency called Sandbox Entertainment. On a personal note, he is currently married to actress Mary Regency Boies.

In 1996, he had his first starring role in the romantic comedy-drama movie ‘Beautiful Girls’. Following an appearance in the romantic drama ‘Beyond Borders,’ Emmerich did the films ‘Miracle’ and ‘Cellular’, both of which were released in 2004. Two years later, he played the role of Larry Hedges in ‘Little Children’. The flick was a hit and earned three Academy Award nominations. He then featured in Gavin O'Connor’s crime drama ‘Pride and Glory’ alongside Edward Norton, Jon Voight and Colin Farrell.During 2009 and 2010, Emmerich appeared in the series ‘White Collar’.
