Timothy Milano, one of the convicted murderers of Jeffrey Wolfe, is in prison serving his life sentence. Learn more about the case.

Timothy Milano was an ex-brother-in-law of Gary Simmons; they are both convicted murderers of Jeffrey Wolfe. Gary and Timothy killed Jeffrey with a gun then they dismembered the body to hide the crime. Gary also raped Charlene Leaser, the girlfriend of the victim.

The heinous crime resulted from drug-dealing between the victim and the murderers. Gary owed money to the victim, Jeffrey, for marijuana, so he came from Texas to Mississippi to get that.

Where Is Timothy Milano Now?

Timothy Milano is serving his sentence in prison. The jury has convicted him so that there is no possibility of parole, so he is very improbable to be released from jail.

The name and details of the particular prison he is serving his sentence are not available, but, indeed, he is somewhere in the USA, probably regretting the crime he committed.

Timothy Milano Wikipedia

Much information about Timothy Milano’s family is unavailable. The only information available is that he was an ex-brother-in-law of his accomplice Gary Simmons.

After hearing the case, the jury indicted him for murder and kidnapping; he was then sentenced to life in prison along with thirty years for kidnapping. Both of these will be served consecutively.

According to the main witness of the crime and victim of rape, Charlene Leaser, Timothy shot at least four rounds to kill Jeffrey Wolfe. After Jeffrey fell on the ground to death, Gary took the body to the bathroom and cut it down to pieces.

Gary also locked Charlene into the box and raped her, but later she escaped and called the police. After that, criminals were caught.
