Missing Fort Cavazos Update; Wife of Missing Soldier Craig Chamberlain Found Dead

The Army has reported that the wife of a missing soldier from Fort Cavazos has passed away.

The passing of Cameron Chamberlain, the wife of Army Spc. Craig Chamberlain, has severely affected the III Armored Corps.

The family and friends of Cameron Chamberlain have our sincere condolences, the Army said.

On May 15, Craig Chamberlain was first reported missing by Cameron Chamberlain.

The last person to see Spc. Craig Chamberlain was his wife, according to the soldier’s parents.

Fort Cavazos believes Spc. Craig Chamberlain has purposefully missed Army duty based on information learned over the past few days. To find him and secure his safe return, they are still collaborating with local police enforcement, CID, his family, and friends.
