Missing Alayah Found Safe: Patrick Atkins Charged

An Amber Alert has been canceled after the 3-month-old was found safe.

Oklahoma City police say she was kidnapped at gunpoint by Patrick Atkins Monday evening.

Investigators say they located the suspect and the baby at a metro apartment complex.

Atkins was taken into custody.
