A devastating accident on Interstate 95 in Old Lyme has claimed the life of Michael Finkeldey, a 63-year-old truck driver from Westbrook and the owner of Finkeldey BMJ. The incident involved two tractor-trailers and resulted in a tragic loss. Michael Finkeldey lost his life in a crash on Interstate 95 just south of exit 71 in Old Lyme. The accident occurred when the tractor-trailer he was driving collided with the rear of another tractor-trailer in front of him. Finkeldey was heading south at the time of the collision.
