Amanda Bynes’ conservatorship has officially been terminated. The years-long conservatorship which began in 2013, officially ended on March 22, 2022.

Amanda Laura Bynes, born April 3, 1986, is an American actress. She began her career as a child actress and is best known for her work in the 1990s and the 2000s.

However, her life hasn’t been free from its own scandals. Bynes has struggled with legal issues, substance abuse and has been diagnosed with Bipolar disorder.

In July 2013, she was allegedly detained after she started a small fire in the driveway of a stranger in Thousand Oaks.

She was later hospitalized under a 72-hour mental-health evaluation hold. This led her parents to file for conservatorship which was granted to her mother in August of the same year.
