Ian Berg’s educational journey began at Northwestern University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 1998. Subsequently, he returned to the same institution to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.

Ian Berg held a significant role as the head of the Global Securities Litigation Department within the firm. As a Partner and Head of U.S. Securities Litigation, Ian brought a wealth of litigation experience to the table. He successfully defended high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors in both direct and class-action lawsuits related to U.S. securities. Through his diligent efforts, he managed to recover losses exceeding $4 billion, which were allegedly caused by fraud and misrepresentations.
