Kevin Harchar. Kevin, along with his wife Alison and their family, have been major supporters and organizers of the Moosic Borough Police Department’s annual Santa Ride throughout the Borough.

In 2018, Kevin committed to working to gather money so that EVERY child in the Borough may have a stocking filled with presents from Santa.

Kevin made it a point to ensure that the Police Department has the resources necessary to bring holiday cheer to all the kids and their families each year. Since then, Kevin has been a key contributor to the development of this custom into what it is now.

We will carry on this tradition in his honor for a very long time because Kevin and Alison have always had a wonderful influence on the young people in our town.
