Steven Rinella is the host of MeatEater, a weekly half-hour hunting show. The show ran for six seasons on Sportsman Channel before moving to Netflix in 2018.
Steven Rinella is an American hunter, angler, conservationist, writer, and television personality. He is known for bringing the hunting and fishing lifestyle to a wide range of people. His notable works are Cooking Wild Game, The Complete Guide to Hunting, Butchering, Meat Eater: Adventures from the Life of an American Hunter, and others.
At the end of the hunt, Steven Rinella fries the black bear meat in its own fat as a celebratory meal. Steven Rinella draws a tag to hunt Coues deer in the mountains of southern Arizona. In tune with the local culture, Steve packs a small kit of tortillas, chilies, and all the fixings to prepare fire-grilled heart tacos.
Mr. and Mrs. Rinella have been married for over thirteen years and are still bound by their vows. They have three children, two boys, and a girl. Steven has taught his children how to hunt and fish from an early age, just as his father did.

Where was Steven Rinella born?
Early life. Steven Rinella was born in Twin Lake, Michigan on February 13, 1974. He grew up in Twin Lake along with his two older brothers, who were taught to hunt and fish at an early age by their father.
Steven has three children – two sons and one daughter.
Rinella hosts a podcast called The MeatEater Podcast that ranks among the top ten sports podcasts. In addition to hosting his own podcast, Rinella is also a frequent guest on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast hosted by Joe Rogan.
