25-year-old Hungarian model Barbara Palvin may have just received angel status with Victoria’s Secret, but it’s now causing major controversy. Why? Because they’ve labelled her their first ‘plus-size’ model.
“If she is plus size I’m truck size,” one commentator joked. While the brand itself hasn’t identified Palvin as “plus-size”, many are applauding the decision to engage Palvin as an angel, given her body more closely resembles that of a normal woman.
Palvin is the second most popular model on Tumblr, according to the social media site’s 2017 list of most popular models.
