“It is with deep sorrow that we must announce that Andreas Frey, founder of Frey Nutrition, passed away on the night of October 20 to 21. [He] died suddenly in his sleep. Our sympathy goes out to his bereaved family, especially his wife Ina and his daughters Anna and Lisa.”Andreas Frey won his first bronze medal at the age of 15, when he decided to pursue a career in bodybuilding.In his early 20s, Frey became well-known and famous for competing at the IFBB and NABBA.His performance at the 2006 PDI Night Of Champions catapulted him to fame. After losing to Lee Priest, one of the top bodybuilders at the time, he took second place here.He kept on making contributions to the bodybuilding industry even after retiring. Additionally, he established the Frey Nutrition supplement company, which rose to prominence in Germany.Aside from that, he also worked with sportsmen who wanted to become well-known bodybuilders.
