Help Find Missing Annette Uruchurtu El Paso High School, Bowie HS student

The Chihuahua Attorney General’s Office said that a Bowie High School student had been missing for days after possibly crossing into Juárez on Valentine’s Day.
A Facebook community for those who have vanished in Juárez and a Chihuahua state missing-persons alert claim that 15-year-old Annette Uruchurtu was last spotted leaving Bowie High in South El Paso on Tuesday afternoon before allegedly crossing the Paso Del Norte Bridge into the city.
The missing-persons organization claims that Uruchurtu was seen with Rafael Gabriel Gonzalez Velazquez, a 16-year-old Juárez teenager who was also reported missing after he was last seen on Tuesday afternoon.
The Chihuahua state prosecutor’s office, which focuses on crimes against women, released the missing person’s alert for Uruchurtu on Thursday. In Spanish, the unit is referred to by the initials FEM.
Uruchurtu, a citizen of the United States, sports braces and long, dark brown hair. According to the state notice, she was last seen wearing black slacks, a black shirt, a red jacket, and tennis shoes.
Uruchurtu and Gonzalez’s whereabouts are unknown, but anyone with information is asked to phone 911 or Juárez’s anonymous tip line at (089).
