Emma Roberts is an American actress and singer. On February 10, 1991, she was born in Rhinebeck, New York to Kelly Cunningham and actor, Eric Roberts. During her childhood days, she spent more time on the set with her aunty which sparked her desire to be an actress.

Emma made her acting debut at the age of nine in Ted Demme’s 2001 drama film, Blow. It was the first film she auditioned for. She also appeared in smaller roles in two family movies, Grand Champion and Spymate. In 2004, she began starring as the lead character in Nickelodeon sitcom Unfabulous which debuted in September of that year. In April 2021, Emma was cast to star alongside Lewis Tan in the upcoming romantic comedy About Fate, set to be directed by Marius Balciunas-Weisberg.

In 2005, Emma released a debut album titled, Unfabulous and more. The album was released in September 2005, through Columbia Records and Nick Records. It also served as the soundtrack to the television series Unfabulous, in which Roberts starred.
