Effie Carder Died in a vehicle strike involving a semi-tractor in Oxford Township, Ohio.

Effie Carter, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, age 93, of Austinville, VA was called home by angels  Friday, May 2, 2014 at Waddell Nursing Home.

Mae was born in Carroll County to the late John and Pearlie Beasley Horton.
