Dr. Ian Lamoureux, MD – Scottsdale, AZ

I am a board-certified psychiatrist, with subspecialty training in forensic psychiatry. I received my psychiatric training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I trained under the internationally renowned forensic psychiatrist, Dr. Phillip Resnick, at Case Western Reserve University Cleveland Medical Center, in Cleveland, OH.

In my practice, Lamoureux Forensic and Psychiatric Services, PLLC, we specialize in providing expert consultation to complex civil and criminal cases. I employ the unique, and innovative video recording and transcription techniques pioneered by my mentor, the late Dr. Steven Pitt. I collaborate with a team of professionals, including those with psychology and law enforcement backgrounds, to meet our client's unique needs, be it in the field, the classroom, the courtroom, or in the media.
