The disappearance of women has caused anxiety among residents of Chicago’s Little Village area. Over the past few months, there have been two situations when missing women were eventually discovered deceased.
A community organization is now sounding the alarm over a missing adolescent.
After at least three teenagers and women from the Southwest Side area of Chicago went missing or were later found dead, community organizer Baltazar Enriquez accused police of not doing more to protect residents there.
Rosa Chacon, a Chicago resident who had gone missing, was reportedly found dead in an alley at 24th Place and Western, with her body tied to a shopping cart.
