Ashley Bond Died in Iowa Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash

The victim of a fatal car accident that occurred in Woodbury County, Iowa, on Tuesday has been named as Ashley Bond of Omaha, Nebraska.

Unknown age Bond perished in a single-vehicle collision Tuesday night near Salix, Iowa.

A vehicle Bond was driving reportedly left the road Tuesday around 4 p.m. for an unknown reason while it was near Mile Marker 132 on Interstate 29. The car then overturned.

Bond, who was injured in the collision and thrown from the car, was taken to a local hospital where she subsequently died from blunt force trauma.

The car’s occupant Curtis Cotton declined medical attention when it was offered.

The accident’s reason is still being looked into.
