Born October 9, 1994, Miller attended Christian Brothers High School in Memphis, Tennessee, where he played football and ran track for the Purple Wave athletic teams.
Anthony Miller played college football at Memphis and was drafted by the Chicago Bears in the second round, 51st overall, of the 2018 NFL Draft. He was the sixth wide receiver to be selected that year.
On October 12, 2021, Miller was signed to the Pittsburgh Steelers practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster from the practice squad on November 27, 2021. He signed a reserve/future contract with the Steelers on January 24, 2022.
On August 16, 2022, Miller was placed on the injured reserve list due to a shoulder injury, and as a result, he will miss the entire 2022-2023 season.
