MTV has fired Alex from the Siesta Key reality show. Alex was fired on Tuesday 16, June 2020 over racism claims which just resurfaced on the internet and shared among fans. An MTV spokesperson issued this statement to Deadline: “We’ve made the decision to cut ties with Alex and are editing the current season to minimize his presence. He will not be in future seasons of Siesta Key.”
