Robyn Griggs Wiley died at the age of 49. Maggie Cory, from another world, dies in a shelter after a cancer battle.

Griggs revealed in 2020 that she had stage 4 cervical cancer and she died on August 13, 2022, at the age of 49.

Griggs died just two days after it was announced that she would be entering hospice care.

Griggs was only 49 years old when he died.

Griggs was being treated for pituitary endocervical cancer at the time.

Griggs returned to acting after a brief hiatus, appearing in horror films such as Ghost Tour, Minds of Terror, Demon Hunters, Dead Clowns, and The Absence of Light

She announced in 2021 that she was battling stage 4 endocervical pituitary cancer.

Griggs recently announced that she had four new tumors and would be undergoing chemotherapy.

Who Was Robyn Griggs?

Robyn Griggs (April 30, 1973 – August 13, 2022) was a stage, television, and film actress from the United States.

Griggs began her career as a child actor when she played Molly in Annie and hosted the Nickelodeon kids show Rated K.

She was born in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania.

She rose to prominence in the daytime soap operas One Life to Live as Stephanie Hobart, for which she received a Young Artist Award nomination,and Another World as Maggie Cory.

Griggs claimed on the show Hard Copy in 1995 that she was fired from Another World because of her relationship with John Wayne Bobbitt, whom she claimed was just a friend, while producers claimed they were taking the role in a play.
